Shipping & Delivery

This item ships ground transportation. UPS or FedEx will leave the box(es) where they normally leave your shipments. No signature is required. Special shipping requests can be made during checkout but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will follow those instructions.

The last email you receive from us (usually the 2nd status change email) will include your tracking number and who we sent your order with. Generally within 24 hours you can check on the carrier’s website to see when they plan to deliver your order. This date can change but is generally a good estimation.

The time your order will take in shipping all depends on where you live. Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days after shipment.

It was extremely easy dealing with this company, and the quality of their products speak for themselves! I received my Estate Gate in a very timely way with excellent support from customer service when I inquired about my shipment! The staff was very helpful and quite friendly! I was amazed at the quality of this gate once I received it from UPS, since it simply was incredibly well-made and quite substantial, not to mention the fact that it really smelled good! I am highly impressed with the quality of this gate! I strongly recommend this Company to anyone looking for excellent wood products!!
