This item ships ground transportation. UPS or FedEx will leave the box(es) where they normally leave your shipments. No signature is required. Special shipping requests can be made during checkout but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will follow those instructions.

Generally within 24 hours you can check on the carrier’s website to see when they plan to deliver your order. This date can change but is generally a good estimation.

Warranty
All items are covered for manufacturer's defects for 30 days after receipt of order and shipping damage for 5 days after receipt. Please notify our customer service asap and we will gladly assist in correcting either of these issues!

5 out of 5 starsJust what I wanted!By: Judi Langer, May 31, 2021I looked at this potting bench for a long time before purchasing it because it is kind of expensive. However, It arrived today and let me say, it’s just exactly right. I ordered the option with no hole and a drawer, in the red wash, and it’s beautiful. Putting it together was a breeze, maybe took us 20 minutes. The video and written instructions were very helpful. It smells so nice! And it’s big enough to hold all my tools, extra pots and trays, extra gloves go in the drawer, various deer repellents and bug sprays go on the upper shelves, and smaller plants still growing go on the main shelf and bottom shelf. I have it located on the north side of my house with open shade, so plants grow well there. This is the best potting bench I could have ever dreamed of!
Beautiful Potting BenchBy: Melonie Ramsey, March 22, 2021Easy to put together, they have an instructional video if you need it. This bench is everything I wanted, it is the perfect size. I have only two complaints. I was shorted one screw but had extra from other projects. The bench was wrapped extremely well for shipping, a bit too well. I really struggled to get the packaging opened. They also used some sort of spray foam on the inside which hardened. Not sure if it renders the cardboard non-recycleable as it is stuck all over the place and it is a bear to cut through to get the parts out of the box.
Hi Melonie, Thank you so much for your comments! I'm so sorry about the shortage of a screw. We would have provided that to you if we had know. In regards to the foam, I'm pretty sure it is not recyclable. The shop does this to protect the shipment and we almost never have damage issues as a result. But it can be a bit tricky to get items out if you aren't use to it. I will certainly provide the feedback though as we are constantly trying to improve. Take care, Holly

I gave the product to my wife for Christmas; she loves it!! I feel that it is well constructed and pretty stunning product overall. The customer service has been everything I could have hoped for. Packaging of the product was amazing although in the process of unpacking I missed the towel bar and inadvertently pitched it! Fortunately, even though it was my error the company is replacing it. I am very satisfied; thank you!
