Air Bag Information:The optional Duck Dome is a patent pending feature found only in Duck Covers. It is a durable heavy duty air bag that inflates into low points of outdoor furniture creating an elevated, dome-shaped source under the cover to repel water, snow and debris--much like water off a duck's back. The Duck Dome Air Bag breaks the contact between a patio cover and furniture which helps prevent the formation of mold and mildew on your furniture. This have been serious issues for patio covers. That is, until now. Duck Dome + Breathable Material = No Issues!

Shipping & Delivery

This item ships ground transportation. UPS or FedEx will leave the box(es) where they normally leave your shipments. No signature is required. Special shipping requests can be made during checkout but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will follow those instructions.

The last email you receive from us (usually the 2nd status change email) will include your tracking number and who we sent your order with. Generally within 24 hours you can check on the carrier’s website to see when they plan to deliver your order. This date can change but is generally a good estimation.
